Task
As a class, we will come up with a list of symbols and
holidays. You will then work with your
teacher to decide what symbol or holiday you will research.
One picture relating to your symbol or holiday
This project will include:
A paragraph on your symbol or holiday (topic sentence, at
least three body sentences, and a conclusion)
One picture relating to your symbol or holiday
A speech on your symbol or holiday
Process
For your research, you may use books from the library, databases, and the Internet. If you use the Internet, make sure you use good, reliable sites!
